Dr. Reynolds and her Dental Assistant are both great. Dr. Reynolds makes one always feel comfortable and she seems to be very detailed at the procedures she performs. It was one of best experiences. And my follow up cleaning with Kim was also great. It really was the best experience I’ve had with a cleaning.
Everyone was genuinely nice and caring. Very pleasant atmosphere. The wait was less than 5 minutes. Looking forward to the new dentist/patient journey to work through my treatment plan.
It was a very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Everyone was so attentive to me. The staff was kind and professional. Dr. Reynolds was very nice and she made me feel at ease about everything.
I have been going to this dentist office location before it even became Nova and had JReynolds as a dentist! I have always had excellent hygenists, but the dentist, Reynolds, goes out of her way to provide care for your entire oral health (as well as teeth). Having suffered from mouth ulcers on my tongue and inner cheeks due to my lifelong auto-immune issues, she sees me whenever I have flare-ups and spends time investigating ways to help! I've been going here since I moved here 5 years ago. I adore Juliane S. Reynolds, DDS and my hygienist Shamala! I had a small cavity sorta in the front and Dr Reynolds did a great job filling it and it looks normal. Shamala is very thorough with her cleanings! They will get you right!
