They fit me in right around Christmas without an appointment when my tooth cracked. Dr Reynolds personally took my case and her team did a great job helping to fix me up as I was traveling for the holidays. The entire office is friendly, answered all my questions and the procedure has been trouble free i.e., no side effects, pains, etc. They even provided me with an extra “repair kit” for my tooth in case my temporary crown broke while I was on travel, which was exceptionally thoughtful. Amazing experience at my first visit. The front office staff is professional and friendly. Kim the hygienist was wonderful - informative, efficient and friendly. Dr Reynolds is amazing and very knowledgeable. Everything was very clean, nice looking, efficient.
I had such a refreshing and pleasant experience at Nova Dentistry! From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone was so welcoming and supportive. Dr. Reynolds was beyond accommodating as she even fixed my broken tooth the same day! Actually the BEST!! Always so friendly, VERY efficient. Just got the smoothest, fastest filling of my life - guess it was small enough and I didn’t even need to be numbed 😅🙏😆🌟 Highly recommend with five stars!
Dr. Reynolds and her Dental Assistant are both great. Dr. Reynolds makes one always feel comfortable and she seems to be very detailed at the procedures she performs. It was one of best experiences. And my follow up cleaning with Kim was also great. It really was the best experience I’ve had with a cleaning.
