I had an excellent experience at Palatka Family Dentistry with Dr. McVicker and his team. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Love love love this place and the comfort each and every worker provides. The beside manner is more than welcoming and caring but as if you are family. You can always count on them to be thorough and thoughtful. My dental anxiety ceases when I am amongst them they make sure to comfort me with laughter and smiles. I could not recommend a better facility. I am beyond grateful for the experience and patience. Amazing establishment, professional and respectful. Worth it!!!
I had great experience at Palatka Family Dentistry! April at the front desk was super sweet. The dental assistant, Finn, was very gentle while taking my X-rays. Dr. Evan treated me with kindness and was very professional. I am genuinely thrilled to have found such a caring dental office, and I am actually looking forward to my next visit for a cleaning."
From the minute you walk in the door, the entire staff I had contact with were so friendly and professional. Perla the hygienist was gentle, Dr. Evans took his time explaining what needed to be watched. Hope I got those names correctly if not my apologies, going by memory.
