Safa was one of the nicest and most professional assistants I have met. 10/10 service from her. I don’t remember my doctor’s name, but she was very gentle, even when tag teaming my mouth with another doc. You’d assume I’d freak out having 4 hands in there doing construction, but they made me feel very safe.
My experience was really great at this dentist visit. Everything was done precise and accurate, they weren’t in no rush to get over with me. Everyone was really friendly especially safa who did a polish and flossing for me.
Dr. Syed and Ali did fantastic job. Made my first dentist appointment with them actually enjoyable. Which is a lot to say because I did get fillings. The staff overall was helpful, and they explain everything to detail which is so appreciated. Definitely will be back and recommend to anybody. Would give more stars if I could
Great experience at PRDC. They did my full mouth X-rays. They were all digital X-rays a long with a scan of my teeth which allowed me to see them in a 3D view. Rachel was my hygienist and she was very informative. Will definitely recommend.
Becoming a patient here was the best decision I've ever made. First and foremost, the staff is fantastic. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been super helpful. When I called, and no one picked up, only for them to call me back, that was a huge GREEN FLAG! In addition, Dr.Syeda is PHENOMENAL! She is professional and very kind.
