The dental office staff is amazing. Netta was so friendly; professional; and her bed side manners were top tier. The dentist were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. The front desk reps were smiling and ready to assist. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm, it smells good and the decor is hot. This is a must go to dental office...they have it all and more. Oh yeah and they the music is the BEST!!
I had a great experience at this dental office. I really appreciate how the staff took the time to calm my nerves and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The entire staff is gentle, patient, and genuinely kind. It makes such a difference to be treated with care and understanding. Highly recommend!
My experience so far has been good at this office, from the X-rays not being uncomfortable to being walked through each part of the procedure. They worked with me to allow me to fully explain my situation and even let me run home to grab an example of my dental Issue. I want to start by saying that I truly loved the care I received from the dentist and dental assistants at Patuxent Dental Care. They were professional, kind, and made my visits comfortable, which is why this situation is so disappointing. During my visit on December 4th, I informed the front desk that after reviewing my invoices, I noticed I was charged for several services twice. I’m leaving this review based on repeated scheduling and communication issues rather than the clinical work itself. Over multiple visits, the treatment plan changed after I arrived each time. • First visit: exam and confirmation of treatment. • Second visit: deep cleaning on the right side only. • Third visit: despite scheduling extra time with the understanding that everything could be completed, only deep cleaning and a filling were done on the left side.
