a welcoming atmosphere,, gentle care, and clear communication. I had a fantastic experience today! I’m usually anxious, but the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The hygienist was gentle and explained every step of the cleaning. The dentist was thorough, took the time to answer all my questions, and I felt absolutely no pain. The office was clean, modern, and I didn't have to wait. Highly recommended!"

Hi all, I visited premier in Milan. It was a visit that I have put off for three years. I needed an extraction or a crown. I ended up loving my experience here, they are extremely up to date with their technology. A bit on the expensive side, however, I have been told that three different dentists and Premier made me feel like they cared about the patient. Edited: I was contacted by Shanna received an apology and assured my experience was an isolated/ teachable moment. I have changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars based on previous experiences. I was not asked to change it. Seen Dr Katie several times all good visits. Original review: Front desk people are very nice, the dental technician however.... today I went to pickup a dental preventive appliance it was pulled from the package and placed in my mouth it tasted like burnt plastic. First time visit and I’ll definitely be back! Very clean facility, super nice people and a thorough exam and cleaning. I was given an estimate on what needs to be done in the future and it is affordable. I have total confidence in Dr. Carl and his team.

The entire staff was very friendly & efficient on my first visit. From the receptionist forward. Amber was very nice & caring during xrays.The hygienist, Caroline was very kind & gentle. Dr. Chris was very friendly & explained all very well. I was very impressed with all staff & beautiful new office.
