Although they cut me and drilled into my jaw bone and inserted foreign material into my mouth, they were really nice about it. All jokes aside, they are very professional, and the staff are very kind and accommodating. I had a surgical procedure done in office and it was quick, easy, and I felt nothing other than relaxed. They even let me play music on my phone while they performed the procedure. Even if you have your drive past a dental office to get to this one, it’s worth it. Best Dental Clinic I’ve ever been to. Started off 30 mins late and I figured I’d be turned away but NO the staff worked around the other patients and got me in a done as if I had been on time . Great Business and Great People. I wished the VA dental clinic was staffed with people nice as these are. The VA made me wait 5 days and i pulled my own tooth and the staff here was like now that was awesome..

I went in for a problem tooth and that is exactly what they concentrated on. Dr. Kail looked at the X-ray and asked if I wanted to try to save it or extract it. I said extract it and that was exactly what he did. There was no talking to me about why I should try to save it, he honored my wishes. He was very gentle and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure. The admin and clinical staff were extremely friendly. This is definitely the place to go for your dental needs.

Was at Premier Dental this morning. Broke a tooth on the weekend they got in in real quick. Need to have an implant done. Love going to the dentist here in Milan. All the staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Always have a great appt. Coming back next week to get started on implant, have tooth pulled, graft done. I used to hate going to the dentist. But at Premier Dental I feel so at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Chris Arnold and his fantastic staff. Definitely a 5 Star Dental practice. Sharon Soltis
