My first visit to Premier Dental Center in Milan was exceptional. When I entered the beautiful offices, I was greeted by a friendly front desk lady who called me by name. Impressive! Then, after a short wait, I was escorted to a room where two dental assistants, Lilly and Bliss, explained everything they were going to be doing to me at this visit. Hi all, I visited premier in Milan. It was a visit that I have put off for three years. I needed an extraction or a crown. I ended up loving my experience here, they are extremely up to date with their technology. A bit on the expensive side, however, I have been told that three different dentists and Premier made me feel like they cared about the patient. I have to be honest I was very anxious and nervous as I walked into Premier Dental Center in Milan.. but soon after signing in I was called back by the sweetest girl.. Rachel..she helped to calm my nerves and everything went smoothly.. on my second visit Rachel was there with me again along side Dr Katie. She is amazing too! I felt as if they honestly care about you and they will make your dental appointment relaxing and as pain free as possible! I highly recommend Premier Dental of Milan TN

Edited: I was contacted by Shanna received an apology and assured my experience was an isolated/ teachable moment. I have changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars based on previous experiences. I was not asked to change it. Seen Dr Katie several times all good visits. Original review: Front desk people are very nice, the dental technician however.... today I went to pickup a dental preventive appliance it was pulled from the package and placed in my mouth it tasted like burnt plastic. My front tooth was chipped and cutting my inner lip. Dr Carl smoothed it out and solved my issue!! They had me in and out quickly. Entire staff were very kind and understanding.
