I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Sydney Coppla and her entire team. From the moment I walked into the office, I was treated with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism. From the first phone call to my first visit, I knew this was the right decision. The office help is exceptional. The hygienist, Allison, was friendly, fast, efficient and fabulous! I met Dr Costello and I look forward to having her help with my dental care. This was an extremely pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
Dr. Costello is a very knowledgeable, efficient, timely, and compassionate person. I had many questions and she did not rush to get me out of the chair. She is thorough, honest, and direct in her assessment and treatment plan. She recommends what is necessary for you as an individual. She has a great chair side manner and sense of humor, too! The staff I’ve encountered have been just as compassionate and efficient. I look forward to a long, lasting relationship with this practice. I highly recommend Pruitt Dentistry!
There isn’t enough space or time to write how amazing this office is. From the amazing Stacy at the front desk the wonderful smiling girls that assist and of course Dr. Pruitt. He is kind and gentle and has a heart of gold. I feel like family every time I see him. I am his problem child so I see him a lot. I’m forever grateful for him and his team. God Bless them.
Wonderful staff. Great customer service. They got me right in as a new patient. Dr Castello is very nice. She explaned everything she was doing and told me my options and listened to my concerns then set up a care plan. Very pleased so far.
