I recently had an exceptional experience at Richfield Dental Associates. From the moment I contacted them with an urgent dental issue, they went above and beyond to accommodate me promptly. As you enter through the office door, you are greeted as though you are family. The environment is very upbeat and clean. Each of the staff members (such as Liz and Jennifer who took care of me during my last visit) are very efficient at doing their jobs. I have been going to this practice for several years. I could not be happier! I feel as though everyone in the practice cares about keeping my teeth and gums as healthy as possible. My hygienist is so competent and knowledgeable! Dr. Murthy always has time to answer questions. Her plans for my dental care are based on solid evidence and presented kindly and confidently. Let’s just say that I’m that guy that really doesn’t like going to the dentist and it’s been awhile. I had a filling go bad and needed some help. This led me to support a local business coined Richfield Dental Associates. I have only met 3-4 of the staff and I have to say Dr. Cara and the team are awesome!!! So awesome that I came back for some more dental care. They made the experience exceptional and trust me that’s an accomplishment! I highly recommend Dr. Cara, Liz, and Katie!
