Went for the first time. I was enthusiastically welcomed by everyone made to feel like I was important. Dr. Nick took time to explain everything in detail and made a conscious effort to connect personally. The building was clean and modern. This is a family own business you can feel good about supporting.
Great new patient experience. Dr Nick, Jean and Kathy were friendly and welcoming. Compared to previous dentists I had seen this was another level of care. Dr Nick was thorough, and provided information around a number of things that had been on my mind related to oral health. Have never been to a healthcare provider who had that high level of emotional intelligence.
This dental office is great! The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. The front office staff is very patient and has an excellent knowledge about insurance and payments. The doctor's assistant and the doctor are wonderful to work with. They explains everything clearly and does the best job as a team!
I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist, but this office completely changed that for me. The team is kind, patient, and truly cares about your comfort. Dr. Nick went above and beyond to make sure my cleaning was painless and that I understood every step. I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing practice!
Dr. Nick and Dr. Laura are incredible - They are sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. They won't tell you to get a filling that you don't need yet (had bad experience with that at other practices...) AND they've already taught me a lot about tooth health/decay that no one had ever taken the time to explain. It's a very comfortable practice to go to.
