I have found my new dentist. Everything about my first visit was top notch. My crown had fallen off and they took me the next day to fix it. Great experience from the front desk to getting my crown put back on by Dr Rubenstein and his staff.

I’m generally happy with Alan Rubenstein and his team’s service, their communication, quality and efficiency. My last visit was yesterday and I didn’t like how Venus treated me while doing a general tooth cleaning. She was pretty aggressive while dealing with my teeth, especially cleaning up the bacterias between my gum and teeth next to the wisdom teeth. She made them bleed a lot. 1st visit to SMFD, took advantage of their new patient deal for xray & cleaning & exam. Office was very clean and nice, staff was friendly, especially front desk Claudia. The dentist explained the xray findings, did not upsell, gave me options. The hygienist Dawn was nice & did not rush through the cleaning. I got a copy of my full mouth xray upon request. Highly recommended!

I always get the best care in Dr. Rubenstein office. Dr. Nakasato is very nice and professional, she did my fillings and installed a crown - have no issues with them after that. I like that I can schedule a visit within a week and that they remind you about free cleanings left in the end of the year - so thoughtful. Waiting times are also very small.

I've been a happy client for years until today. I called to say I was running ~10 minutes late, and the girl said I had a 15 minute window. I arrived exactly 14 minutes after my appointment time, then filled out paperwork and waited. Finally they called me back, then said "Oh, sorry we can't see you, you were more than 10 minutes late." It felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. No one else was in the waiting room but they said I had to come back another day and tried to reschedule my appointment. Genuinely weird morning.
