I needed to change dentists and I scheduled an appointment with Schwerer Dental Care. I was greeted warmly by everyone I came into contact with, from receptionist to hygienist to Dr. Schwerer. I felt they were thorough in taking my history and discussing my treatment plan. The entire visit was professional and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice!
I've been going to this dental practice for years. It started off great but has gradually gone downhill. The office staff is not nearly as friendly both on the phone or in person. They now attempt to get payment before service as if they don't trust you. My wife had a crown procedure come off twice and it was like pulling teeth just to get her in to put it back on. I've been waiting nearly two days for a callback with no response.
I recently took my son to his dental cleaning appointment, and we had a wonderful experience. Lauren and Carson were truly outstanding. Lauren made us feel incredibly welcomed with her professional and friendly demeanor, making the time fly by so quickly. It felt like the entire visit was just a brief fifteen minutes. Thank you for the incredible work you’ve done!
I had a dental emergency from a large filling falling out which affected my ability to chew. A friend recommended Schwerer Dental. Being a new patient, I worried that it would be days to be seen. Wrong, within an hour from calling for an appointment, I was sitting in the dentist’s chair getting x-rayed. I wish I remembered my doctor and dental hygienist’s name but I went this morning 10/18/24 and it was an amazing visit. I scheduled two tooth fillings. It was super quick and both the doctor and the dentist hygienist worked so seamlessly that it felt like they were performing a beautiful dance in my mouth. I had no pain and it was a very smooth process to numb my tooth area.
