All the staff are very nice, except for the Dr, who acted like I was a nuisance for coming in. I hate to say anything bad about them but they are all incompetent at their jobs, no matter how friendly they are. I went in to have my front tooth fixed that was falling apart. I was told I had to have ALL my teeth pulled and get dentures. I was given NO information, NO options, NOTHING. My appointment was scheduled for 4 PM and I arrived around 3:50. I noticed people who came in after me were getting called in one by one. At 5:50 PM, I was finally called to get an X-ray done just for them to tell me the dentist who was supposed to see me wasn’t there today. I was also the very last person in the waiting room when they called my name. My own experience has been that of friendly staff and efficient care. They seem to genuinely care about my dental health.
I absolutely loved the ladies here there all so professional and down to earth good people and the doctor/dentist is so cool I really can't put words to it I love my new teeth thank you signature smilz
Went for my first cavity filling ever. I was scared because I had never had a cavity filled before and informed them of my concerns. They numbed my mouth and let me sit for almost an hour before they came back and started working on my tooth… Oh, also to mention, I had to wait in the lobby forever!! Anyways, they had already done my X-Ray during the prior appointment, informing me that I just needed a filling. They filled my cavity and sent me home.
