This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! The dentist doesn’t have a clue on what she’s talking about. She’s a joke and I do not recommend this place. Went there for a simple tooth extraction left there with the same problem I had as walking in, not to mention sitting there for an hour and a half before they called me back. She took ex-rays billed my insurance and tried to tell me she had to refer me to a specialist! It was a tooth extraction! She needs to go back to dental school, or quit her job. Very thorough and detailed office. The doctor was very kind and informative! I have a lot of anxiety at dentist appointments and she was very comforting & super helpful as the rest of the staff was. Not a long wait time either.
Everyone there is extremely friendly. They did wonderful work on my teeth. Now I don’t mind smiling anymore. Thanks Signature Smilz. I love my top teeth they made for me. Can’t wait to get the partial to make the smile a better one. Thanks guys.
I usually have never had problems with this office. The staff is kind, helpful, and always super accommodating. However, I had an appointment today to fix a chipped tooth. I made the appointment specifically to fix this chipped tooth before I went on vacation. Instead when I arrived they started doing a teeth cleaning. I asked if I would be getting my tooth fixed today and the RDH said no I’d have to make another appointment? They then proceeded to try to make my appointment for another month! Went in for an emergency broken piece of tooth and had to wait nearly 2hrs. Went back got an X-ray and a quick 5 sec glance in my mouth and was told could only do a root canal and crown. I asked for a filling and was told no it had to be a root canal and crown. I still have a crown that is there on the office for one I had a root canal done on 4 months ago and I paid $500 and was told I owe $500 more. I do have dental insurance and have no idea where the money has went because I was told I only have $250 left now after that ... read more
