The outside of the building looks older but the inside is modern, clean and well kept. The staff were all very nice and professional especially the hygienist and dentist. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. It was my first visit in years, and they were patient and thorough. Overal a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
My dad and mom was going here. Last December they both paid for an implant plus their copays. Then she did a bone graft on my dad charged the insurance for that and copay. And now it’s 10 months later and still does not have a tooth. The former manager said they could not do it. Then why did they do a bone graft. And the former manager said they would take the money they charged him and put it in an account for future dental work? That sounds sketchy to me. If I could give it no stars I would.People were standing right in front of the door blowing smoke on you walking in.Office is ran down and there’s no privacy. It’s an open floor plan and I could hear what everyone was saying.Went in for cleaning.Hygienist wasn’t even there and they didn’t even bother to lmk.The dentist cleaned my teeth if u could even call it that.Was so rough with my teeth and mouth that it actually hurt.Then whoever “polished” them literally ran the tool across my teeth for maybe 30 seconds total.Had to us... read more
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! The dentist doesn’t have a clue on what she’s talking about. She’s a joke and I do not recommend this place. Went there for a simple tooth extraction left there with the same problem I had as walking in, not to mention sitting there for an hour and a half before they called me back. She took ex-rays billed my insurance and tried to tell me she had to refer me to a specialist! It was a tooth extraction! She needs to go back to dental school, or quit her job. Very thorough and detailed office. The doctor was very kind and informative! I have a lot of anxiety at dentist appointments and she was very comforting & super helpful as the rest of the staff was. Not a long wait time either.
