I tried to be as understanding ad I could buy they have rescheduled my daughters appointments 4 ot 5 times in a row. Once we drove all the way to Pikeville just to have a closed for the day sign hanging on the door. l would give them 0 stars if possible!
Had the best experience at this office! From the start to finish. They got us in early and the staff was so caring and helpful. The Dr was amazing and so caring. Our teen daughter loved the whole experience and looks forward to going back again.
If I could give it no stars I would.People were standing right in front of the door blowing smoke on you walking in.Office is ran down and there’s no privacy. It’s an open floor plan and I could hear what everyone was saying.Went in for cleaning.Hygienist wasn’t even there and they didn’t even bother to lmk.The dentist cleaned my teeth if u could even call it that.Was so rough with my teeth and mouth that it actually hurt.Then whoever “polished” them literally ran the tool across my teeth for maybe 30 seconds total.Had to us... read more
They said they took children, but when I took my 3-year-old he was moving around scared like any child would do. The dentist took 2 seconds while my wife was holding him still and said she couldn't do it, then slammed the mirror down and walked away. She was so rude and if you don't have the patience for children then do say you take them.
My dad and mom was going here. Last December they both paid for an implant plus their copays. Then she did a bone graft on my dad charged the insurance for that and copay. And now it’s 10 months later and still does not have a tooth. The former manager said they could not do it. Then why did they do a bone graft. And the former manager said they would take the money they charged him and put it in an account for future dental work? That sounds sketchy to me.
