They are super kind, cordial and it is quite notorious that they are interested in how you feel. They are understandable and very fast actions in the face of your emotional state. Omg. I arrived totally depressed and they did their best to give an immediate solution to my terrible tragedy. I'm really very satisfied and happy right now 😃
I needed to have a tooth pulled & I was terrified. Everyone I came in contact with was outstanding. Dr. Jones & her staff knew I was quite anxious & did everything they could to reassure me. I did gas & numbing medication & was pleasantly surprised as I FELT NOTHING. Cannot say enough good things about the service I received!!! Would highly recommend!!!
I had a very pleasant visit here! The ladies are so nice and wonderful. I am typically anxious at the dentist and they were very reassuring and made sure I was comfortable. I can't recommend them enough!
I absolutely loved my appointment today with Southeast Family Dental! All staff members were so welcoming and as I went through my appointment they consistently explained everything they did in a way I would understand. The most comfortable and knowledgeable I have ever felt at a dentist!
I was extremely nervous to visit the dentist again after a bad previous experience, years of not going, and A LOT of dental anxiety. The staff here was so kind, non judgmental, and helped ease my nerves so much. I feel so much better getting my care here. Thank you for a great first experience!
