I had very extensive work done today, and as always the girls are so fabulous and so nice. I was dealing with an anxiety issue and they made me so comfortable. 4hrs of work was done on my mouth today and loving the outcome I've been getting! It's been a long long road with Dr.Miller but she's taken the best care of me. As well as all the other girls who work here. By far the best dental experience I've had. This is the first time I've had a dental visit and didn't feel rushed to get me out of the door. All of the ladies are genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Southeast Family Dental just gained a new patient. Thanks ladies.
I’m ashamed to admit that it has been over 3-5 years since I have been to the dentist and I was very very nervous for this visit. However, all my stressing and worry was washed away once I found out how kind and thoughtful the staff is! Their pre-appointment questionnaire asked 2 things that let me know I was in good hands: how nervous I was from 1-10 for going to the dentist and what accommodations I would like during the appointment (blanket, sunglasses, etc). I had been putting off the dentist for sometime due to dental anxiety. Today was my first visit and everything was great. There was no wait in the waiting room. Lindsey, the dental hygienist, was awesome and put me at ease. Dr. Jones went over everything very thoroughly and I would highly recommend to anyone.
I have so many good things to say about the team at Southeast Family Dental. I recently went through a year long journey to get an implant and the team made everything so much better and easier for me! Really want to shoutout Dr. Miller and Mandy for the support and care they have given me over the past year!!
