This review is intended to help their growing business. I have been there 3 times over the past year and a half and the below is a review from today. They have an automated text robot that confirms appointments when scheduled. The week before, the text robot changed my appointment from 11am to 10am. That was fine, I made arrangements and confirmed the new time. Final edit: they kept my third appointment. They were prompt, pleasant, thorough, and personable. Thank you. They have failed to keep an appointment with me twice in a row. First time was an outright cancellation that I had to call and find out about because they didn't reach out to me to inform me. Second time was a 30 minute delay that required another rescheduling. Have had anxiety of seeing dentist all my life. Had a full top extraction yesterday. The care and gentleness I was shown made it to where I’m excited to go back for my next steps. Highly recommend this facility and its staff. From the girls at the desk who greet you, their dental assistants and dentists and surgeons who take care of you. All around a stellar place to get dental work!
I thank God & Bless they hearts I was a walk in this morning I had a tooth that needed to go & they were able to tend to me & fit me in. The assistant held my hand, the dentist was courteous,, gentle but firm & got this tooth out in like 5 mins. The receptionist was timely, took my payment, and got me right on out the door. Thank you guys I am so grateful for the care & service i received. Thank y’all God bless
Everyone here is super friendly! If you’re the type that needs to know exactly what’s going to be done and how, they are EXCELLENT at doing that. They always make sure that you’re good and comfortable and are not in any pain during the whole process of whatever is getting done. By far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to throughout my life.
