The whole team is very sweet, professional, & the services are affordable. I struggle with anxiety going to the dentist & I finally found a place i can relax at. The staff is skilled with years of experience. I am so thankful I found them because I had bad experiences at a prior dental office & I really dreaded going. St Elmo Dental is overall very pleasant with a really cute & clean office. I'm so grateful for their team.
I’m a new patient, and everyone at the office was incredibly nice and accommodating. I made an appointment for a few weeks out, but they placed me on the cancellation list and I was able to be seen the same day. They were very thorough and my tooth extraction was painless and completed in a matter of minutes. I won’t be going anywhere else.
I cannot say enough great things about this group. From initial scheduling, to in person exams, and even when working on my teeth, this group is phenomenal. I was well informed of all options and also made sure I was comfortable during my visits. With this place you’ll never have to fear going to the dentist.The entire staff is friendly and professional, making every visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Payton Lane and his team are outstanding, I highly recommended them!!
Final edit: they kept my third appointment. They were prompt, pleasant, thorough, and personable. Thank you. They have failed to keep an appointment with me twice in a row. First time was an outright cancellation that I had to call and find out about because they didn't reach out to me to inform me. Second time was a 30 minute delay that required another rescheduling. I've never had a dentist so caring and patient and the staff is so attentive and friendly. Dr. Lane made sure I was completely numb before beginning & because of that I've never had a molar extraction go so gently. Thankful to finally find a dentist I feel comfortable with. I highly recommend Saint Elmo Dental.
