I’ve searched for months for a new dentist for my children and came across St Elmo’s Dental. If you are in need of a family friendly, professional, clean, and time efficient dentist you found the right place. Our first visit was a breeze! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff and family-oriented atmosphere. We loved the office layout, and the entire visit was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Everyone was kind, professional, and made us feel right at home. Finding a new dentist when you have anxiety is no small feat… and “nervous” doesn’t even begin to cover how I felt walking in. I actually had a full meltdown in the lobby on day one 😅. But from the very first moment, the team handled me with kindness, patience, and zero judgment — they truly know how to calm the nerves and save the day. I am extremely unhappy with my experience at St. Elmo dental. Dr. pollom held the syringe up for me to see upon entering the room and during the injection, did not make any effort to minimize pain, and was rough when re-numbing me. After the assistant placed my fillings, he didn’t check them, and now one of my teeth is chipped with a poorly done filling. This level of care is unacceptable, and I strongly urge the office to improve both patient comfort and the quality of their work.

I can not recommend this place enough. Not only do they do an amazing work on whatever your teeth may need, but they make you feel right at home. I had a small procedure done and unfortunately had a bad reaction to the medication. They reacted and handled everything perfectly. They provided me with every bit of care I needed until emergency response was able to get there to take over and when I was feeling better, they were even able to get me in to finish my teeth as soon as possible.
