I had a great experience at Stevenson Smiles Dr.Johnson was thorough and professional, offering me crowns and fillings while also taking the extra step to research a specific tooth issue I’m dealing with. It really shows that he cares about his patients and wants the best outcome for them. Staff was patient with me and understanding to my concerns. They helped explain prices (no dental coverage) and assisted me the best they could. I had an emergency issue they got me in as soon as possible (both times.) Dentist doctors are very helpful and explained my procedures one by one and addressed any concerns with acknowledging me; as well as knowledge and communication to help me understand. Friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I would recommend to anyone who needs a place to keep their teeth in shape. They were very thorough with my 1st appointment. They took x-rays before touching anything, plus evaluation with the dentist. My dental hygienist took her time and answered all my questions. Anxiety free!
It’s a very friendly atmosphere, at times I was a little confused with the procedure I was receiving because of the fast pace nature. I seen 4 different Dr’s within a 6 week period so if that intimidates you, be sure to speak up and clarify that you only want one provider for your dental care. I deal with a LOT of anxiety and the dental assistants went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, which was 85% of the reason I was able to comfortably stay with Stevenson Smiles. The Staff there is wonderful! I had an emergency and needed an appt quick and they were able to get me in on the same day! Also they are very nice women and very professional, without the air of knowing more than you. As for the Dr's they are definitely the same way! Everyone there goes out if the way to make sure you visit is good and that you are as comfortable as can be, even if you are hurting!!!
