I have never had such a bad experience at a dental office in my life!!!! I have also filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau for services this office is charging my family for that either weren’t received or weren’t agreed to. The quality of care is also concerning along with their billing practices. Do not recommend this dentist office. Went in for a broken tooth was told I needed a flipper. Insurance did not cover flipper. They said that was my only option had to pay out-of-pocket almost $900 went and had a second opinion and found out other options. I also attempted to contact regarding the flipper and how unaligned it was in my mouth. The lady put me on hold, and the hygienist appeared to be upset and disrespectful. Stone creek did an amazing job! I was actually so happy to come and get my tooth filled and it brightened my day because of how nice everyone was! I’ve only been here twice but everyone knew my name without having to look at it on a computer by the time I left. My dental assistant LD was super nice!
Brought my son in for his initial visit. Went great. Hygienist was super nice and careful. And other people even asked me if I was ok or needed anything. Like a water or coffee.
No one really wants to go to the dentist but I have to admit it was not unpleasant at all. Selena ( my dental hygienist ) was very gentle and personable. The office itself was clean, modern and had a light airy feeling. Dr Bellamy was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends.
