04/21/25. Very inefficient with scheduling and servicing patients based on my wait time, packed waiting area, and other pissed off patients. Waited a 1:45 mins after my appointment time to be called back. Once in the back, I had to wait another 30mins. This is just for a basic cleaning. Paperwork completed in advance and arrived 15mins in advance of appointment. If you have time to waste, this is the dentist for you. I Love Dr. Turnipseed and her staff. They are always pleasant and work together to get the job done. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for an excellent dentist or orthodontist.
Today I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned, my son Brandon was in need of an appointment as well so I called back to see if they could get him in also, as usual they was friendly and professional.
