All I can say is Extremely Exceptionally Awesome.!! Front desk receptionist is awesomely caring, polite and full of smiles.!! Staff is full of exceptional caring, giving professionalisms.!! My visit today was extremely satisfying. The wait was less than 15 minute. I electronically updated my new insurance information, on my phone, as I waited. This was only a cleaning but X-rays were a breeze and my Hygienist was very polite and sensitive to the fact that after 40 years, Im very nervous when it comes to any dental work. Keep up the good work ladies!!
I’m in Memphis on business quite often. This instance, my crown fell off. I was very worried & didn't know where to go. I didn’t want to delay which could cause complications. I called the first dentist I could find near me and it happened to be this office. I didn’t have time to research. I just trusted God. They were able to see me and fix my tooth within an hour. My first time coming the staff was really nice and professional. Was coming in to see about getting a crown on my tooth and got my teeth clean also on my first visit. Love it! Not many dentist offices like this. Most definitely found my dentist home!🥰
The poplar location seemed very unorganized/unprofessional for my 1st time; from the long wait to start my appointment to unprofessional service by Dr. Turnipseed’s bad bedside manner who did not apologize for the wait and talked more to “other” patients. Dentist didn’t address my concerns or ask if I had questions nor look at my medical information which I had to take time filling out twice since the office didn’t receive it electronically.
