The staff at The Dental Connection are very professional yet friendly. The office is clean and well organized. You are put at ease no matter what you’re having done. I recommend them for all your dental needs.
I went to The Dental connection in East Memphis and cheese are some of the nicest people I've encountered in Memphis. I forgot to get their names but every last one of them were so nice and professional. I called 3-4 times. It was a different person every time and they were all nice. The best customer service and very empathetic to my situation.
The staff was wonderful. One of the women at the front desk helped a lot pulling up my insurance information. The employees that did work on my mouth were amazing. They helped a lot with the questions i had. I loved the experience with them here
My first visit was such a gray experience. Dr. Davis has the greatest respect for the patients. He made me feel so comfortable with my decisions . As well as his hygienists she was so gentle. I haven’t been there in years. Their office is clean. The staff is nice and friendly. The doctor talks you through the procedures. They make sure you are comfortable. I will be coming back.
