We started going to The Dental Studio of Avon Lake last year and have been so happy with our decision. It has that small town office feel, the staff remembers you and your family. All of the dentist are very kind and transparent. They make you feel comfortable and welcome! My kids now love going to the dentist and each time we drive by they ask when their next visit is! Love it there and would highly recommend!

Great staff all around, from the front desk to the dentists. Everyone is friendly, professional and care about you. Treatment plans and pricing are very transparent, and the time is taken to explain things every step of the way. Very happy this office was recommended to me. Already got my wife and kids established there too.

I had a chip in the rear of my tooth. So, they did a crown. It started with one dentist, then another finished…which already red flag. Afterwards, I get in my car to see my new pretty crown and it looks like a chiclet!!! I walked in with straight teeth…walked out with a small chiclet crown. Dr. Prescott and the hygienist fitting the tooth didn’t notice this? I went back in and spoke with Dr. Andrews. Went there for a second opinion about a procedure. Everyone was very friendly, waiting room was big and clean. Dental assistant was very friendly treated me like an old friend. She explained want she was going to do and how the x-rays would go. Dr Pailes was very friendly listened to what I said and what some of my concerns were. She explained what needed to be done and what other options I had. She made me feel comfortable. Easy and friendly checkin. Short wait. Cool, large fish tank in waiting room. Hygienist, Karlie did a great job cleaning. Careful and thorough. Good communication, friendly. Dr. Andrew was super nice. Thoroughly explained the issue I was experiencing and the required treatment. I have a lot of trust in the staff here. Which helps as I face getting a double crown.
