Dr. Thompson is an artist! My fiancee and I had more than a few bad dental experiences trying to establish care after moving here. Painful and persistent infections and failed root canals while being overcharged for the pleasure. 🥲 The staff is so sweet and accommodating. Never making you feel rushed or annoying for asking questions. I went in for a cleaning and received excellent care. The hygienist was careful throughout the cleaning process and made it ENJOYABLE! The staff was on point. Dr. Thompson has the latest imaging tech right here in White Oak. 10/10 for me.
This was a wonderful experience. Staff is very professional and helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Dr. Thompson was very informative and explained everything very well. I would recommend this facility to everyone. 10 out of 10!!
I've been a patient at this private dental clinic for 40 years, but it recently changed hands. Today I got a filling replaced after meeting the new staff in April for my regular cleaning. Dr Thompson is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Brenda, Cassidy, Sherry, and Joyce are all so nice! I will love continuing as a patient here!
I had a WONDERFUL experience here! I haven't been to the dentist in 14 years for fear they would hurt my sensitive teeth. They did an amazing job with NO pain at all...the staff are so sweet and accommodating and Dr. Thompson is very gentle and knowledgeable. I 100% recommend them!
