I was greeted as soon as I came in. Deaunna was very awesome! All my questions were answered and I was thoroughly educated on dental health. Dr. Nichols was great as well. The whole staff was funny and professional! Enjoyed my new patient gift as well, it was much needed

Dr Nichols, Christy and the entire staff are amazing!!! As a person with severe “dental anxiety” from past dental trauma, they were first, very patient and accommodating! Christy thoroughly explains everything and is even more meticulous in her X-ray taking and cleanings-love that!!! I found Dr. Nichols’ office through my insurance provider, and yesterday was my first official visit. From the moment I walked in, both the staff and Dr. Nichols were kind, welcoming, and professional. Christy is an absolute angel. In Army terms, I’d call her a true SME (subject matter expert)—she clearly knows her job inside and out, and her recommendations for any COA (course of action) are thoughtful and spot-on. I am a new patient at Dr. Nichols’s office and I have had a great experience so far! The admin staff are always very pleasant and prepared. Christi did my cleaning and was very friendly and informative on what procedures I might need. It was also very cool to view your teeth onscreen before the cleaning! I had my first appointment at Dr. Nichols’s location today. Everyone was so professional and welcoming, from my booking to the person at the front desk who helped with my bills and scheduling. My dental hygienist Christy was AMAZING, so personable and informative about all aspects of the process while being gentle and thorough with my care. Dr. Nichols has a strong team. :)
