The new place is gorgeous and the staff is great also! They got my son and I in at the same time too! We will be back. I took a photo of the waiting room because it was so pretty. My son was scared to be in the picture. Haha.

This was the most amazing, genuinely comfortable dentist appointment that I have had in a very long time. The young lady who cleaned my teeth was wonderful, kind, engaged, gentle, professional, and informative. Her name is Shakota. Don’t miss an opportunity to make Dr. Kelly your dentist. The environment was welcoming; employees the same. I was wholeheartedly impressed.

Dr Todd Towe and his staff are fantastic. My Hygienist Lara was awesome and explained everything she was going to do prior to starting which was a big help as I get pretty anxious in the dental chair. The new office is beautiful and very high tech. I highly recommended Towe if you’re looking for a great dental practice in or around Franklin!

I am a transfer client from Dr. Kelly's office. Pleased with my experiences at this office so far. Everyone is polite and customer service driven. The only thing I have an issue with is the text appointment reminder. The 50 dollar fee warning feels like a threat. If I can't make an appointment date, I will call. No threats needed. I have no issue with the text itself. It's actually a great service.
