From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional, which helped ease my anxiety. I was not a patient , but I had problems. I was very fortunate to get in fast. Everyone was so nice and understanding of my visit. Dr. Ure listened to me and proceeded to do everything he thought needed to be done. In just 2 visits, in ONE WEEK by the way , they have made me very happy . Now my mouth is on the mend. I'm glad that I'm now a patient at Ure Family Dentistry.
I've been going to Dr Ure's office for years and have always received the best care. His staff is Outstanding, especially my hygienist Debbie. I've had her for years and she as always done a fantastic job. She is friendly and puts you at ease during your cleaning. I highly recommend Dr Ure and his staff.
I can’t recommend this dental practice enough! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and at ease. The hygienist was kind and gentle, and the dentist was amazing- he took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. I've been a patient of this wonderful establishment since Dr. Richard Thomas was the owner. I can personally say to anyone who wants to know it, Dr. Thomas couldn't have handed over the reigns to anyone better than Dr. Ure! He and his staff as well, treat me like family still and not to mention, he also cares about me personally and takes his work seriously and passionately.
