First time visit and I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. I was very uncomfortable to go to a new dentist after 30+ years with my former dentist (who retired). My hygienist was Hallie and she was great! She put me right at ease. Dr. Ure answered all my questions, addressed and understood my concerns. I am happy to have found them. Highly recommend!
I've heard nothing but good about the dentist and the practice. They've been recommended highly by my church friends and new acquaintances. I checked with our insurance company and chose them because they are listed as being in their network.. However, we were dismayed and disheartened to learn they will not work with us because even though they are in network with our insurance company, they refuse service to us unless we prepay everything because it is a Medicare plan. Dr. Ure and staff are very personable. They care about how you feel. This was my first visit with them and they have been more thorough than any other dentist I’ve had. I haven’t even heard the term tongue tied as an actual medical term until today. I am very happy with my experience and I plan on continuing my care there.
I grew up in this building as my mother was a Dental Assistant for Dr. Thomas for 36 years. This place is like a second home/family. When Dr. Ure took over, I was really nervous. Nervous of change and nervous of what kind of Dentist he was. Well, He and his staff are truly a gift from God. They are wonderful and always caring! I still feel like I am a part of the family and I feel extremely confident in how Dr. Ure takes care of my dental needs. He is great! Thank you Dr. Ure for being so kind, caring and a great Dentist!
Very good professional service. I only got a cleaning but they were very gentle and courteous. Highly recommend this family Dentist. They're not like the corporate dentistry that make you get unnecessary procedures or suggest them.
