I went as a walk- in, the receptionist at the front desk was so nice. I got called to the back, the Doctor looked at my x-ray and politely referred me to an oral surgeon. The doctor and staffs were very polite. New patient ,I felt very welcomed. Office was very clean and welcoming. 05/06/2026 I came back to add to this review! I had another visit on today! Keyonna at the front desk is so polite and sweet, she’s very helpful and humble..Attitude is awesome! We need more of this 😁
If I could I would give them 100 stars!!! I called the office a couple of times the day before my procedure and the receptionist was very friendly and honestly she’s GREAT!! From the front of the office to the back they were all AWESOME VERY PROFESSIONAL VERY FRIENDLY OMGGGGG THAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY OFFER THERE IS TOP TIER AND YES I WILL BE BACK AND THEY MAY JUST BE MY PERMANENT OFFICE FOREVER!!! We’ve had such a great experience with my son Kai’s dentist! The entire staff is always so friendly, kind, and welcoming from the moment we walk in. They are incredibly patient and make sure Kai feels comfortable every step of the way. He actually enjoys going to his checkups, which says a lot! I truly appreciate the care and attention they give and I highly recommend to any parent looking for a positive dental experience for their child.
Every experience there has been great. The staff is friendly, the facilities clean, and the process easy. Cheyenne was amazing and everything was explained as we went through it.
West Point Family Dental was able to get me in the same day . I felt welcome when I entered the door. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to assess my situation and set up my treatment plan quickly. I highly recommend them if you want a hassle free experience.
