I am a relatively new patient of Westport Dental. Earlier this year, I needed a root canal. I was in terrible pain and they were able to get me on the schedule. It was a tough procedure but they did a great job. The root canal and crown were done really well. Recently, I went back for my 6 month cleaning. Courtney, my hygienist was super thorough and GENTLE! I was in the market for a new dental office and have found one the exceeds my expectations! During my first visit, Dr.Woods detected several cavities in need of filling that were not caught at my last cleaning several months prior at a different office. All staff were nice and did not make me feel rushed. I also did not experience long wait times like I have at other offices. Katie was great! She was personable and knowledgeable about the health of my teeth. She was gentle while performing my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable. The doctor is also pleasant to meet. He makes sure he listens to concerns and gives you options based on your needs.

As someone who read every review, compared ratings, and is very anxious about the dentist, this office is the best experience I’ve had! The hygienist was so knowledgeable and gentle, she explained step by step and even checked in to make sure I was doing okay. Dr. Woods was thorough and concise in her diagnosis and answered my silly questions with no judgement. I haven’t laughed in a dentist office EVER, but genuinely, I was able to relax and trust them to take care of me. I can’t rate them high enough!!!
