After reading multiple good reviews regarding the staff at Bay Dental, I called in to schedule appointments for my two children. After verifying insurance and putting down birth dates and names of the family, we got an appointment about four weeks later. One day before the appointment I received a text message reminder with misspellings of both of my children's names. My name was changed into "Nicole".
