-Nice waiting room -Exceptional front desk staff -Hygienist Megan was terrific, informative yet not condescending when reminding me to brush softer & to floss. Her Water pic teaching was great & practical. The topical numbing med was key during my cleaning, as build up was way more than anticipated. -Dr was gracious, thorough in his exam and also encouraging with brushing instructions, also judgement free. Overall an A+ visit, will be back as scheduled.
What a great experience! I had the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had by Dr Cook! So happy I found this practice and have followup plan to get my smile back to when I liked it. My hygienist Megan gave me a pain free professional cleaning-look forward to my next one. Shout out to dental assistant Jen too- these folks made everything comfortable and fun too. After living in the area for a few years and having a not so great experience with another practice, I found Cook Family Dentistry and could not be more thrilled. Everyone here is amazing, from the office staff to the hygienists to Dr Cook. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed. Our entire family will use this practice moving forward!
Everyone was great from all the staff to Dr. Cook. The service and consideration were outstanding. Just wish the office would join in-network with Florida Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance.
All the employees at Cook Family Dentistry are so welcoming and professional. They always reach out to me if they have a cancellation and made sure to get me in before school started since I’m a teacher. Thanks so much for always giving great service!
