I lost a crown recently while visiting Santa Rosa Beach. Fortunately, Dr Cook was able to see me, do an exam, and advise me about my next steps. I loved visiting Dr Cook and his practice and was relieved to be seen at such short notice! Everyone in the office was friendly and highly professional. The office is beautiful and pristine, equipment high tech and appears to be state of the art. Highly recommended.
We were out of town and needed dental services. Cook Family Dentistry had high ratings and so we decided to give them a try. We called first thing in the morning and they were able to see us at noon which was great! Friendly and efficient staff. Dr. evaluated my situation, asked good questions, and performed enough treatment to allow me to be comfortable for the rest of our vacation. Nice to know we have a very competent dentist and team if needed when in the area. Thanks to all!!
I’ve found my dentist in Santa Rosa Beach! I had an emergency and they worked me in quickly as a new patient. Dr Cook and his staff are all extremely nice and friendly, and only minutes from my house! So happy to have a dentist nearby.

I am new to the area and 88 years old. I needed a tooth pulled. Based on reviews, I chose Cook Family Dentistry. They insisted on cleaning my teeth first, although I was there for a toothache and already had regular cleanings. After the cleaning, I received a costly treatment plan that I couldn't afford due to my fixed income.
