Rude stuff, not professional, rushed visits, long appointment waiting time

I went in for my first visit and was not acknowledged or greeted at all. I took a seat and 8 minutes later a girl at desk rudely said 'you checked in?' Not one staff member there was welcoming or friendly. Not elite in the least.... After being insulted by 3 staff members, I finally left and did not continue this appt. My Healthcare and payment will go to a professional doctor's office.

I had an uncomfortable and negligent experience with Dr. Lee. My short time was rushed and I spent the entire visit asking the doctor why wasn't this done, and telling her what to do. Every time I asked a question her response was, "We didn't know you had that concern". Either she doesn't know what she is doing or she just doesn't care. I came to my appointment with a few questions and possible health concerns (that weren't answered) and it was evident Dr. Lee came to work to do the bare minimum. It is clear to me that Stephanie Lee, MD will go completely out of her way to hide her mistakes and stop anyone who could cast a light on her careless, substandard medical practices. Today I received ANOTHER "withdraw from care as your gynecologist" letter from Stephanie Lee, MD certified mail. The worst I have yet to experience in Tallahassee! The office is really fancy but her bedside manner is atrocious. This doctor actually shushed me when I had questions about a serious condition that will affect me for the rest of my life. She was so unprofessional even the way she was dressed. I waited for an hour to be seen, She gave me a powerful antibiotic with out test results, and she didn't wash her hands before or after the exam either. SO gross!

I did not select Dr. Lee. I was referred by my primary care physician to select a new birth control method. I felt like I got more useful information just searching myself online. When I made a choice, it turned out she refused to work with my insurance to get that particular option. I was told I could get "anything else". I called my insurance company and was told it was covered, so that was not the issue. I wasted time and money going to her office. I won't again.
