EXCELLENT, AS ALWAYS!
The dental hygienist is truly the best I’ve ever had. She is very thorough and gentle at the same time. She is also very personable, friendly, and welcoming!
I was so happy to meet Dr. Liu. I know my family and myself will feel very comfortable with him. He is very pleasant and caring as is the whole staff. I am so happy to have this wonderful easy transition. Thank you Dr Liu and staff for making it so.
Dr. Liu came in near the end of my appointment with my dental hygienist (Janeen, who is excellent). Dr. Liu took quick photos of two of my teeth that need attention and showed me the photos immediately on a large screen. He pointed out details and explained the treatment plan. He is knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and personable. I am glad to have him as my new dentist. Dr. Liu is new to me, but I have been a patient in this office for many years. Friendly, efficient people who care—wonderful office.
Always great to see the wonderful staff, and I love when Janeen cleans my teeth. Happy to meet Dr. Liu.
Surprised that Dr. Phillips just up and quit! And did not know until I was there for my cleaning appointment since his email only stated he was "taking a step back" not actually selling his practice and leaving! But I am happy that all the wonderful staff is still there and providing the same great care. I met Dr. Liu who was very friendly, thorough and explained the need for a crown on a tooth with an old silver filling :-(
I was very happy and satisfied with my appointment yesterday. The office staff is always friendly and efficient. The technician doing my X-rays and cleaning was friendly and informative and did a great job with the cleaning. I also had a chance to meet Dr. Liu and he was very friendly, gave me a quick examination and update of my teeth and sent me on my way.
Thanks for the terrific atmosphere! Along with a thorough cleaning and knowledgeable explananations of all things dental, the whole office was inviting and and accommodating. Thanks again and as always, job well done.
