The front receptionists and dental assistant were amazing. The hygienist didn't bother to introduce herself and I had to ask her name before I allowed her to work on me. The hygienist lacked bedside manner through the entire appointment but did an efficient job. Dr. Sherman was great as always
After going to a dentist who told me I had cavity after cavity after cavity when I had no sensitive teeth whatsoever, I knew something had to be up (I was 23 at the time with perfectly healthy teeth). Dr. Neff was a suggestion from a family friend who has gone to him for 20 years. I am pleased to say he is honest, kind, and a great dentist. I’ve gone to him for about a year and a half now and I couldn’t recommend him any more!
Dr Neff and his staff are the BEST! From the first easy and genuinely friendly check-in with his receptionist, to Jose the dental gentle giant who call you back and gets you ready or whatever he is going to do for you that day, I am always comfortable. Dr Neff is the most careful and gifted dentist who has cared for my whole family from my parents to my kids. Dr Neff and his staff are the best, so caring and professional. With a background in dentistry, I can truly say that Dr Neff is an excellent and most trustworthy dentist, would highly recommend.
Dr. Neff is a great dentist - very personable, caring and professional. All of the staff are very friendly. I had dental work done today and didn't feel a thing. It was a pleasant experience...not something I would normally think of when describing dental work.
