RecommendedI've been to Mid City Smilles for more than 5 years. love the staff, the dentist, the scheduling, and calendar. but they dropped the ball on us this afternoon. My HR made a mistake and added my daughter in the dental plan twice. the receptionist on Saturday told us upfront that my son wasnt covered. so I went to HR and asked them to fix the error. After being a fan and a customer that always paid bills in full and on time, I wish I could give zero stars. I'm highly upset that I spent so much money here not only to have a root canal/crown procedure that wasn't cleaned properly but they made the situation worst. After telling them initially my mouth didn't feel right, my military situation required me to move to central Texas. My new dentist confirmed what I felt with x-rays ect. Dentists are very disrespectful of your time. I was in the chair for almost two hours for an uncomplicated cleaning because it took over 30 minutes for the dentist to get to me once the hygienist was done. After I told him I had a migraine, he continued to leave his headlamp on when not looking in my mouth, shining the light in my eyes, and acted like I was a wimp for putting on my sunglasses.
