New Patient I was really impressed with the warmth and kindness of all the employees that I encountered. Dr. Scott you have a great group.
First appointment Wait time a little long due to it being first appointment and contact phone number taken incorrectly at time of scheduling appointment. Because scheduler was unable to confirm appointment, I believe the hygenist was double booked. However, everyone did a good job of working with the situation and provided good service. I found the staff to be very friendly and overall it was a good experience.
Recent appointment I highly recommend Scott Dentistry for the family. Everyone is concerned about you....making an appointment that fits your schedule, answering questions about and during the procedure, concern for you comfort, and following up calls (wanting to know if there any problems).
Great Scott I had some work done the other day and although not what I would call pleasnt, Dr Scott and staff made me comfortable and worked hard to make sure everything was fine afterwards. Thanks a bunch!
