I had a great experience with my dentist. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the office had a clean, comfortable atmosphere. My dentist took the time to explain each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Everything was handled with care and attention. I would gladly recommend this office to anyone looking for a kind, thorough, and trustworthy dentist.
I had my Cleaning and X-rays... The excellence remains from the Receptionist, Dental Hygienist, Dr. Friberg, and to the Office Manager. Each one is outstanding in their own right. My trust in this Doctor and his Staff grows each time I am under their care. Thank You to each one of You for taking such wonderful care of me and my Family!
This dentist and staff are great. Due to childhood trauma I despise dentists. Dr.Ben was pretty rad. Kind, empathetic, sincere and for the first time in my 44 years of life. I was comfortable at the dentist. Root canal and crown. 0 pain or discomfort. Highly recommend.
Dr Gainor is the best dentist I have ever gone to, and I have lived in several cities has compassion. His pain free approach is simply phenomenal. l call him my magical Dentist. He's simply the best better than all the rest I highly recommend going to him if you don't have a dentist in the city and even if you do, you won't be sorry you switched he's great.
Amaze-balls! Love this dental practice! Dr. Friberg and EVERYONE here - all just amazing people. Our entire family goes here since we moved from CLT a few years ago. We had an amazing dentist in Charlotte, and we were worried about finding someone of the same caliber... We need not have worried with Thrive Dental office! Such an amazing dentist. I always recommend them when anyone I know. Everyone there Have always been so kind and extremely helpful with anything I need. And always in a jiffy. I wish I could give more stars.
I have been going to see Dr. Friberg and his team over the past year and they have been outstanding and I highly recommend them. He and his team always put the patient first and are always accommodating of your needs, he has helped me out greatly with some issues that I was dealing with. If you are in the market for a new dentist I would highly recommend him and his staff.
Very nice staff and therapy dog, Meadow. I was immediately referred to an oral surgeon for my needs. Everyone was very helpful.
